P1102 Terms & Conditions – Official Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and p1102 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "We"). If you suspect that your p1102 account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised party, you are required to report it immediately to the p1102 support team through the official channels provided. p1102 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a member's own disclosure of login credentials to a third party.

• One account per individual — multiple accounts will be suspended without notice.
• Registration information must be accurate and verifiable at all times.
• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any changes to your account information must be communicated to p1102 within a reasonable timeframe.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another party.

P1102 offers a variety of bonuses, promotions, and reward programmes to members from time to time. All bonus and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which are stated alongside each respective offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses at p1102 are as follows:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

P1102 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected of committing fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to provide the required identity verification documentation.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Acceptance of self-exclusion requests submitted by the member or their legal guardian.
• Directives from relevant Malaysian authorities.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, p1102 reserves the right to freeze all balances in that account while an investigation is conducted. Valid balances — after deducting any bonus funds that do not meet the wagering requirements — will be returned to the member in accordance with the established procedure upon conclusion of the investigation, except in cases of fraud or illegal activity where no refund will be made.
